Can I share a link to specific files?

Yes - you can create a shareable link to one or more files and view it on a public web page (or after logging into the Upthere web client). Click the tab below for your specific device, and check out the video demo at the bottom of each tab:

Tap/click on a single file to view its preview

Tap/click the 4th icon on the right side of the page — it reads "Share this photo" when you mouse over it

Tap/click "Get link", then tap/click "Copy link to clipboard" — paste the link URL directly into a web browser to view the file

Share multiple files: Tap "Share" at the top of any of the Flow or content tabs, then tap on one or more files in the list

After tapping "Get Link", the iOS share sheet appears. Tap "Copy" and paste the link URL directly into a web browser.

  • You can also get the shared link from the Flow screen:
    - Find the event "You created a link for an item" at the top of the Flow screen
    - Tap the ellipses icon on the right
    - Tap "Open link" to view it on a public share page

  • You can also view all links you've shared from the Flow screen:
    - Find any event "You created a link for an item" on the Flow screen
    - Tap the ellipses icon on the right
    - Tap "View all links" and log into the Upthere web app
    - Tap one of the boxes under "Shared links" to view content you've shared in that link
