How do I remove files from a Loop?

To remove a file a shared file to your local device or PC, follow these steps:

Select a Loop you wish to remove a file from

Click on the chevron icon in the upper right corner, then click “Remove items from this Loop”

Select the files you want to remove, click “Remove” in the upper right corner, then click "Remove" to confirm

Select the files you want to remove, tap “Remove” in the upper right corner, then tap "Remove" to confirm

Tap on the chevron icon in the upper right corner, then tap “Remove items from this Loop”

Select the files you want to remove, tap “Remove” in the upper right corner, then tap "Unshare & remove" to confirm

Log into the Upthere web app or log into the Upthere Home mobile app

Select a Loop you wish to remove a file from, then select the file to remove

Tap/click on the 3rd icon on the right side of the page — under "Part of x Loops", you'll see a list of Loops this file is included in

Tap/click on the minus sign in each Loop to remove this file from that Loop


Note: Files will only be removed from the Loop; they are not deleted from the original owner’s account.
